1:1 Coaching Options
- Option 1. One coaching session. 45 minutes.
- Option 2. Standard Package. Three coaching sessions.
- Option 3. Exclusive Concierge Package. This 12-session coaching package helps women in early sobriety take control of their health and improve energy using evidence-based cognitive and behavioral strategies. Your transformation from tired and sluggish to healthier and happier will take place with coaching that is tailored specifically to you. Together, you and I will focus on keeping you motivated and moving forward. You will have weekly virtual meetings as well as email and text messaging based on your needs. I will help you practice self-compassion and ways of thinking that promote progress and guide you in behaviors that will transform your energy. You will have worksheets to help you stay accountable and on-track. It is never too late for better health and I’m the coach to help you because I’m a seasoned psychologist with the passion, expertise, and years of experience to help you live your life more fully.
